Was fighting a sore throat past couple days but with enough zinc I think I won the battle. Throat feels a lot better today. Am also feeling a bit stronger. Already got dishes done but still need to clean up the kitchen. Laundry next.
I want to start moving! When I'm at the counter waiting for my coffee and/or by the microwave, I've been doing squats, calf stretches and up and down on my toes. Every little bit helps eh?
Dogs don't go out much in the rain, so I haven't had the up and down off the couch as usual.
I am going to try and do some stretches today. And I saw some exercises I can do while sitting in a chair, so am going to attempt that also.
I think the thing to do is make a schedule and keep a journal of what I do. That might be a good incentive for me. My definite goal is to get to a pool as soon as I can this year.
IF I can figure out a way to get my ticket, the walking and stairs I do at the stadium helps me in the summer.
