Right now it's the bad.
One wireless mouse died a couple weeks ago and now my wireless keyboard is acting up.
Now that I gave up all my credit cards and cannot replace stuff... yup... it's all going to hell.
They say when it rains it pours, and I take that to mean that good things just keep coming and so do bad

Next month I will have lived in Pensacola for 15 years!
Is that good or bad? The good is that I can watch my Blue Angels practice over my house. I can attend all the professional ballgames I want. Even though my family isn't nearby I have many wonderful friends from church and the ballgames. The weather is mostly nearly perfect, though not this week. The bad is that so many of the people who had a huge influence in my coming to this area. The people who made me feel welcome and loved. Now so many of them have died. Today I found out that another dear, sweet woman has gone on home. Jean Bell was a hoot and a huge part of our congregation at Westminster. But dementia, maybe Alzheimer's?, took it's toll and her wonderful daughter had to find her a safe, comfortable place to stay. She was unable to come to church and Sunday school anymore, but probably would not have known us anyway. When someone's quality of life becomes so sad.. going home is a blessing. I think of her in Heaven, knowing our Lord again, maybe seeing my beloved Oscar again.... makes my heart sing. I am so thankful to Oscar for bringing me here where I am so happy... Not knowing how long I will be held up because of this rain, I realize I need to find a way to stock up on canned meals. I'm okay now, have enough bread and pnut butter, bacon and eggs, but if I lost power, as some have today, I would be hard pressed. SO my goal is to stock up as soon as I can.. whenever that will be.
