How do I know Heaven is for Real? My beloved Oscar told me so, after he died! Some of you know my $100 bill story and if you do you don't need to read this.
For those of you who do not know the story....
Oscar and I met online. We played in a gaming club and became good friends. When he heard I was losing everything, again, and would probably be off the net, he panicked. He asked me to come live with him in his RV.
The day we first met in person He gave me a brand new $100 bill to put in my purse.
On the day of his memorial service I was walking the dogs with my granddaughter Amy. The dogs took me across the street where we didn't usually go. Suddenly Amy shouted Grandma! I turned around to find her picking up a brand new $100 bill, folded in half and sitting on top of the grass where I had just walked!!
Now it was Mardi Gras time, rainy and icky as usual. But this bill which had not been there when I walked over that spot, was clean, dry and perfect.
I KNEW immediately that either Oscar or an angel had put it there. It was his way of telling me everything was okay. He is in Heaven with our Lord and that I had done a good job at his memorial service. Internment of his cremains would be later in August on his 80th birthday.
Do I miss my beloved? Every day! I miss his making me laugh. His ridiculous sense of humor and what I called 'oscarisms.' Am I sad? NO WAY! When I think of him in Heaven, with his best buddy Princess MIshka III and my little Miss Renniew, my heart fills with JOY!
I am so blessed...
