I'm totally shocked that it's been so long since I've been posting. Lately time has been flying by, yet creeping along.
We (the entire world) are in the midst of a major pandemic. And I personally am dealing with major chronic sciatica, very painful.
Exercise has been unattainable.
Earlier this year, before we were told to stay home and safe, I was going to physical therapy and was doing well.. but for some stupid reason I am unable to make myself do those exercises at home, have no motivation these days. Hoping to change that.
My weight goal has been 'iffy' but without exercising, and having more food than ever before, I expected I would be gaining pandemic weight at most folks are complaining about. However, my goal of staying below 250 through all this has been happening. Not concerned about losing weight right now just want to keep from gaining.
One thing I've noticed that I don't like. At one point in time I had given up all 'white' foods, potatoes, rice, pasta, etc. I found by doing that my stomach area literally dropped! Lately I have been blessed, mixed blessing yes, given a literal TON of potatoes, rice, etc. Yup, all white! So now my fat is back up around my waist. DANG! I have to eat the stuff, I cannot waste it. I shared as much as I could and have been freezing french fries!! And plan to make some potato chips in my air fryer. Also received much fresh fruit. And am having to eat it as quickly as I can. Difficult to complain about a bounteous blessing.
