It's 12:30 pm and I am finally feeling hungry. I made a package of Chicken flavored Ramen yesterday, with a can of mixed vegetables and half a tube of saltine crackers. I was unable to eat much of it yesterday. I just ate about half for my meal now, along with 1 pkg chips and 1 pkg fruit snacks and a glass of diet Pepsi.
Ramen soup 1/2 pkg 190 calories (not sure of crackers)

Chips 110 calories
Fruit Snack 80 calories

total 400 calories
Finished all of the above except the soup

don't know how to figure out the calories for this.
1/2 chicken breast cooked with no oil, just plain
3 small white potatoes with 1 tsp of Smart Balance (which is on my digestive diet list)
