I did not get to walk today. I'm feeling so tired I actually lay down to get pressure off my painful back and fell asleep for over an hour!! I cannot believe I needed that sleep as I have been sleeping well every night. I can only attribute it to not taking any Ridlin today...
I was a bit depressed that I wasn't able to visit with my little girl. I am concerned about how she is doing. And her mother.
Hoping tomorrow will be better.
